Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Consoris. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What Consoris is

Consoris is a personal tool for tracking work shifts, hours and earnings across one or more workplaces. It is provided by CONTROLLER LEGAL NAME (“we”, “us”).

Alpha software — your data may be lost

Consoris is in early testing. It may be unavailable, change without notice, lose data, or be discontinued. Nightly backups exist, but point-in-time recovery is not guaranteed — up to a day of changes could be lost in a disaster. Please do not use it as your only record of anything that matters — export your data regularly from the Shifts page, and keep your own copy of anything you might need for payroll, tax or an employment dispute.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old.
Provide an email address you control, and keep your password secure.
An account is for one person. Do not share your login.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your data belongs to you

You keep all rights to the information you enter. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not sell it. You can export it as CSV at any time and delete your account from the Profile page, which permanently removes your records. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

Break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights, using the service.
Try to access other users’ data, probe or overload our systems, or bypass security or usage limits.
Upload malicious code, or use automated means to scrape or hammer the service.
Resell or redistribute the service as your own.

Security researchers are welcome — please report findings to support@consoris.app rather than acting on them.

Not financial, legal or tax advice

Consoris calculates estimates from the numbers you enter. Pay rules, overtime, breaks, deductions and tax vary by employer and country, and the app does not model them all. Nothing it shows is financial, legal, tax or employment advice, and it is not a payslip or a legal record. Always check against your actual contract and payslip, and speak to a qualified professional for advice. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of its figures.

Availability

We do not promise any particular uptime. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and the service may be offline for maintenance or because of a problem with a provider we depend on.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations are accurate for your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account from the Profile page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical we will give notice so you can export your data first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Consoris after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY, and disputes are subject to the courts of COURTS / JURISDICTION. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
